Inclusive education aims at providing appropriate responses to the broad spectrum of children’s learning needs. The challenge is how to transform education systems in order to respond to the diversity of learners, enabling both teachers and learners to feel comfortable with diversity. The goal is to create effective ECCE programs that are available to all children, rather than creating special programmes for children with special needs.
