The working draft of the Guidelines for the Asia and Pacific EFA Mid-Decade Assessment: Identifying and Reaching the Unreached is primarily designed to support countries and provide the guidance and tools required to carry out the EFA assessment. The document is still a working draft and is being distributed for further technical review and comments. Countries can use the Guidelines as reference but should take into account that it is still a draft version. Prepared on behalf of the Regional Thematic Working Group on EFA by UNESCO Bangkok’s AIMS Unit and the UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Office.
