4 divisional ( Dhaka , Chittagong , Khulna and Rajshahi) workshops were organized with 90 mid-level managers from NGOs in developing and using appropriate plan for monitoring literacy/NFE programmes. Experiential and explorative participatory training techniques were used in the planning and conducting the workshops. The participants of the workshops acquired competencies in developing monitoring plan, result-based monitoring indicators, motoring tools and in the collection and analysis of data and preparation of monitoring report.
