UNESCO Dhaka and UNESCO Islamabad jointly organized a capacity building workshop for 28 NGO executives and senior management staffs in Islamabad-Lahore from3-13 April 2004. This initiative was taken as part of UNESCO's overall policy of strengthening the exchange of experiences and information among the E-9 countries. UNESCO Dhaka funded for all costs for two resource persons from Bangladesh who planned and conducted the whole capacity building workshop. The main theme of the work was built around capacity analysis, planning, management and resource mobilization.
